The Sacramento Municipal Utility District developed a new 50 acre site to house its Distribution Services operations. The new corporation yard includes a six story 200,000 SF administration building and 150,000 SF of vehicle maintenance and warehouse and shop space. Our services included full programming, planning, and schematic design of the new site and the preparation of bridging documents for the eventual design-build contract.
