Renovation of a former commercial office complex to provide 162,000 SF of space over three stories for the Marin County Sheriff's operations. The functions housed on site include the Command, Patrol, Investigations, and Administrative groups in the Sheriff's Department, as well as the County's 911 Communication Center, Office of Emergency Services, County Information Services and Technology, and additional space for future growth. 

A three-story atrium serves as the focal point, creating a communal space for interaction.
